1. About these terms

This website is operated by Jersey Wear Maldives ("Jersey Wear", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. Browsing and customer accounts

• Anyone can browse designs and contact us without an account.
• You can create an account with Google or with an email and password. Please give accurate details and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Only the approved business owner account can access the Owner Dashboard. We may suspend accounts that misuse the website.

3. Orders through Viber

The website is a catalogue and enquiry tool. It has no cart or online checkout. All actual orders are discussed and agreed with us directly on Viber (or by phone).

An order exists only once we confirm it with you on Viber. Tapping "Order via Viber", sending a message or saving anything on the website does not by itself create an order.

4. Prices, quotations, payment and delivery

• Prices shown on the website are for guidance. The final price for each order is confirmed manually by us on Viber, based on your design, quantity and options. Not every option is available for every design.
• Quotation requests prepared on the website are non-binding. They are not an official quotation, an order or a confirmation of price, stock or delivery date. We reply with an official quotation separately.
• Payment terms, delivery dates and handover arrangements are confirmed by us for each order on Viber before work starts.

5. Jersey Wear Club membership

• Membership is optional. You apply on the Membership page, pay by bank transfer and upload your payment slip.
• Payments are checked manually. Your membership becomes active only after we have verified the bank transfer and approved your slip. We may reject an application if the payment cannot be verified. Signing in with Google does not give you a membership.
• The membership fee and length are shown when you apply and are set by us.

Active members currently receive:

• 5% discount on eligible custom jersey orders, subject to the conditions we set for each design or order;
• 5% discount on Jersey Wear Shop products;
• unlimited AI Design Studio generations (subject to fair use), New Jersey Alerts, My Team profiles, a digital membership card and member-only promotions.

Discounts apply only while your membership is active and are confirmed in the final price on Viber. Free, pending, rejected or expired accounts receive no member discount. Separate collections or promotions may have their own conditions.

6. AI Design Studio

• AI designs are concept ideas only. They are not a final production design, and the finished jersey may differ. We confirm what can be produced before you order.
• Free accounts have a limited number of generations. Members have unlimited generations under fair-use safeguards. We may limit, pause or stop generations to prevent abuse or control costs.
• Do not upload images you do not have the right to use, or images that are offensive, unlawful or contain other people's private information.
• Change Colors previews are generated automatically and may not be exact. Final colours are confirmed with us on Viber.

7. My Team and content you upload

• You keep ownership of logos, images, rosters and other content you upload. You confirm you have the right to use it and allow us to use it to prepare designs, quotations and orders for you.
• My Team profiles are available to active members. Please only add other people's details (such as player names) with their permission.
• We may remove content that breaks these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Jersey Wear name and logo, website content and our jersey designs and mockups belong to Jersey Wear or are used with permission. You may share design links and download images for personal ordering purposes, but you may not copy, resell or reproduce our designs for commercial use without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

When using the website, please do not:

• try to access other people's accounts or the Owner Dashboard;
• upload harmful, offensive or unlawful content;
• send false payment slips or spam quotation requests;
• try to disrupt the website or get around usage limits.

10. Website availability and changes

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but designs, prices, features and collections may change. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
